If you've been to our taproom, it's very likely you've met Danielle. She walked in and we knew she was one of us, until she tried a sour for the first time. Initially not only reluctant but actually horrified it was safe to say it wasn't her usual choice!
Come 12 months later and it's time for us to brew her a beer, "omg can we do a sour?!" Yes Danielle, your wish, as always, is our command!
We made a gorgeous Lemon Curd sour with heaps of lemons and a little lactose for sweetness that makes you want to spread it on toast, which we don't recommend doing...very messy!
